Vivo X21i powered by Helio P60 Launched in China
The new variant of X21 series— the Vivo X21i smartphone has now launched in China.
Basically the X21i has almost everything identical to X21 and the biggest changes between the X21 & X21i is that the latter is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 chipset whereas the former has the Snapdragon 660 SoC onboard. The MediaTek Helio P60 (MT6771) chipset comes with an inbuilt APU for handling AI tasks powers
Just like the X21, the X21i is equipped with a 6.28-inch Super AMOLED screen that offers an aspect ratio of 19:9 with notch on the topside. The display offer a screen-to-body ratio of 90.3 percent. For storage, the 6GB ram variant is paired with 64GB ROM while th 4GB RAM variant has 128GB onboard. There is a microSD card for additional storage option.
Moving to the back of the device is a fingerprint scanner located at the middle above the vivo emblem. The dual camera setup with LED flash is on the top left. It consists of dual 12-megapixel cameras that is equipped with several AI features like scene detection and beauty mode. There is a front-mounted camera of 24-megapixel that come with AI beauty feature. The front camera is also equipped with features like AR stickers and Face Wake facial recognition.
The device receives its power from a 3,425mAh capacity battery. Out of the box, it is loaded with Android 8.1 OS that is skinned with FunTouch OS 4.0 UI. The Vivo X21i is now available for pre-orders in China at CNY 2,698 (~RM1680) for both variants. It will come with choices of colors like Ruby Red, Aurora White and Polar Night Black.
