OPPO sub-brand REALME officially unveiled its first device — Realme1
OPPO Realme1 is now official. It is the first phone by OPPO’s sub-brand, REALME which is an exclusive only at Amazon India.
Realme1 offers good hardware specifications. The device features a 6-inch tall-aspect 2160x1080px LCD. Powered the device is a Helio P60 chipset with octa-core CPU and mated with storage of either 3GB or 6GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage which can be further expanded via micro SD dedicated slot along side with two 4G SIM cards slot.
Realme1 is an AI smartphone that features some clever AI management of the chipset for better performance. AI battery management will suspend background apps for improved power efficiency. AI Shot for the camera has the usual bells and whistles like software portrait mode, AR stickers, beauty mode and scene recognition.
For security, the device come with Face Unlock that replace the fingerprint scanner. For photography, it has an 8MP front facing selfie shooter. While the main camera is a 13MP snapper.
The OPPO Realme1 will be packed with Android 8.1-based ColorOS 5.0 out of the box. There will be Diamond Black and Solar Red that brings a retail price of INR 8,990 (~RM530) for the 3GB+32GB model or INR 13,990 (RM818) for the 4GB RAM+64GB ROM model. It will go on sale this May 25 exclusive at Amazon India.
